March 2: The Sustainable Solutions Caravan. The 2nd annual Sustainable Solutions Caravan traveled
on straight vegetable oil for fuel from California to Costa Rica sharing seeds, information, and technologies for sustainable living.
Part of that team will be here to discuss the trip and the technology.

An overview of the statute; the California Public Utilities Commission Rulemaking proceeding and
CEC funded (through the Local Government Commission involving 23 local governments throughout all three IOU territories)
Demonstration Project and the results of the Phase One base case feasibility studies for all participants.
In particular we will emphasize the outcomes regarding a greater percentage of renewables (up to 40%) in power portfolios
that still allow for potential rate reduction benefits to Aggregators.
